About us
Who We Are
We are a small content team focused on making online information more useful for regular users. The website started with practical calculators and finance content, and it is gradually expanding into real-estate research, household decision-making, educational tools, and kids learning content.
Every article, calculator, or learning idea is prepared with a simple belief: content becomes valuable only when it is understandable, practical, and connected to real-life decisions.
Jai Adwani
Software Architect, Finance & Real-Estate Content Creator
Jai Adwani is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science and a software architect with more than 17 years of experience in software development. He currently works with a multinational software company in India, where years of building systems, solving technical problems, and thinking in structured workflows have shaped the way he creates calculators and practical web tools.
Beyond software, Jai has a strong interest in content creation and manages the YouTube channel Common Man Life. Creating videos, tools, and articles gives him immense satisfaction because real users can watch, calculate, compare, and take better-informed decisions from the work he publishes.
His experience also extends to capital market investments, financial instruments, and personal finance decisions. This helps him prepare finance-related articles and calculators with a practical user mindset rather than a purely theoretical approach.
Jai also carries deep practical exposure to real-estate and civil projects. Studying project layouts, floor plans, location strengths, construction choices, pricing logic, and investment suitability has been a long-standing passion. His own successful real-estate decisions have further strengthened his interest in explaining property choices in a clear and grounded manner.
